Shipping:

Shipment delivery methods are determined by the size of your order. Generally if your plant containers are below 30" in diameter they will be shipped by FedEx Ground service. If your order contains plant containers that are 31" and above or contains a large number of individual items, it will be shipped by common carrier freight. Please see the truck freight shipping information below for important shipping requirements.

A link to the shipping rates can be found at the top right hand corner of each page. Shipping amounts are as stated on the delivery charge page unless otherwise noted on the description for the item you are ordering. There will be additional shipping charges to Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska. The additions to the freight amounts will not be added automatically by our online shopping software. We will contact you by telephone to verify your approval of the shipping amount before processing your order. All orders will be shipped from our warehouse facility within 7-14 business days unless otherwise noted in the description for the item you are purchasing. Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days of receipt for a prompt and friendly refund or exchange, whichever you prefer.

All merchandise must be returned in it's original packaging and in saleable condition. Please package and protect the planters in the same manner in which they were originally shipped to your location. If a planter is returned broken or damaged due to improper packaging, no refund will be made. Pending an inspection an exchange credit or refund will be issued for the item value and any taxes charged. Shipping amounts are non-refundable. We can not return or exchange any plant containers that have been planted or used on location.

Due to the logistics and cost of production, there are no refunds, no exchanges and no returns for plant containers with an outside diameter of 33" or larger. Please contact our customer service department (toll free: 1-866-342-3330) for additional images and free color samples to be sent to you for your approval.

Some orders may require a signature form order acknowledgement be faxed to you for your approval to verify colors, items and quantities ordered.

Architectural Ceramic and Architectural Metal Cancellation Policy:

Because the Architectural Ceramic and Architectural Metal planters we offer are made on demand and shipped as quickly as possible, we cannot accept cancellations for items that have entered production or have shipped (are in route) after purchase.

Due to the logistics and cost of production there will be no refunds, no exchanges and no returns for ceramic planters above 18 inches inside diameter and architectural metal planters above 16" inside diameter or 16" in length (rectangular or square). We do not recommend direct planting in our Ceramic containers, unless containers are sealed. Sealant is offered to our customers online when placing your order.

Color Charts:

Sample color chips are available upon request at no charge for all planter collections. Colors in online photographs are represented as accurately as possible. Photographic procedures may alter the hues and textures of finishes. Please call toll free (1-866-342-3330) to request color chip samples if desired.

Special Order Policy:

Items, products and product finishes not pictured on the web site constitute a special order.

Special orders are welcomed, will be processed per quotation and must be approved via a signature from the authorized purchaser. Special order items can not be returned or exchanged for any other item. All special order purchases are final. Please call our customer service department for pictures and color samples to insure your plant container satisfaction.

Truck Shipment Inspection Directions:

In order to insure customer satisfaction regarding your shipment of quality plant containers the following requirements must be followed. Failure to follow the requirements below will result in the reduction of your ability to exchange, return or receive a claim credit on damaged shipments.

In accordance with shipping regulations within the continental United States, title of goods passes to the consignee at the time shipment leaves the point of origin, and the carrier is an agent of the consignee.

PlantContainers.com thouroughly inspects all plant containers and accessories before shipment. No items are shipped that contain any damage.

Upon arrival at your location, all plant container shipments need to be inspected for damage, by the customer, before the delivery driver leaves the delivery address. You the customer must open and carefully inspect each item top to bottom for possible damage due to shipping.

Please do not leave a note for the trucking company to leave your shipment without your physical inspection of the items. If you leave a signed note for the shipping company you will have forfeited your rights to an inspection and 100% credit due to shipping damage. Your signature on the note acts as a legal binding agreement that you have accepted the items in good condition.

In the event that there is damage to your shipment. All damages must be notated on the delivery receipt, both the driver copy and your copy. Have the driver sign the delivery receipts. Damage notated in this manner expedites damage claims. PlantContainers.com can replace the damaged goods at no additional charge to you. Please contact us immediately so that we can assist you. Not inspecting your shipment will result in your acceptance to the reduced liability of the truck shipping company and PlantContainers.com.

Concealed damage not notated at the time of delivery on the delivery receipt must be reported within 10 days from the date of delivery. Concealed damage claims must be filed with the truck freight company. We can assist you in filing a claim.

If the above directions have not been followed correctly you will be unable to receive any compensation for a damaged shipment.

We want you to be happy with your plant container order and will do everything possible to help assist you if damage occurs to your order during shipping.
